Donum Vitae is based in Lisbon, with regular consulting periods in Asunción and telehealth appointments for patients elsewhere.

Appointment options
In person
A long first appointment in Lisbon or Asunción, including full history, chart review, and an examination where appropriate.
Telehealth
Secure video appointments for patients anywhere. Charting review, lab interpretation, and treatment planning work well remotely; local testing is arranged near you.
Hybrid
Begin in person and continue online, or the reverse. Many international patients visit once and then follow up by video.
Multilingual care
Appointments are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Please tell us your preferred language when you write, and we will match it.
